POP email id in Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 - SSL OFF

    1. Start Outlook
    2. On the File from menu, click Info-> Add Account
    3. Check Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
    4. Select POP and click Next
    5. In the Server Information section, select POP3 for Account Type.
    6. In the Your Name box, enter your name exactly as you want it to appear to recipients.
    7. In the E-mail Address box, type your e-mail address.
    8. In the Incoming mail server box, type mail.domainname.com;
    9. In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, type mail.domainname.com
    10. In the User Name box, type your account name. e.g abc-domainname or abc@domainname.com
    11. In the Password box, type your password. Tick on remember Password.
    12. Click on more settings-> Outgoing Server->Tick My Outgoing Server requires authentication
    13. In Advanced Tab,
      1. Incoming server : 110
      2. Outgoing server : 2525
      3. Use following type or encrypted connection : None
      4. Tick Leave a copy of messages on Server.
    14. Click Next after you have completed entering this configuration information, and then click Finish

    1. Start Outlook
    2. On the File from menu, click Info-> Add Account

    4. Select POP and click Next

    6. In the Your Name box, enter your name exactly as you want it to appear to recipients.
    7. In the E-mail Address box, type your e-mail address.

    9. In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, type mail.domainname.com
    10. In the User Name box, type your account name. e.g abc-domainname or abc@domainname.com
    11. In the Password box, type your password. Tick on remember Password.
    12. Click on more settings-> Outgoing Server->Tick My Outgoing Server requires authentication
    13. In Advanced Tab,
      1. Incoming server : 995
      2. Outgoing server : 465
      3. Use following type or encrypted connection : SSL
      4. Tick Leave a copy of messages on Server.

    14. Click Next after you have completed entering this configuration information, and then click Finish

IMAP email id in Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 - SSL OFF

    1. Start Outlook
    2. On the File from menu, click Info-> Add Account
    3. Check Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
    4. Select IMAP and click Next
    5. In the Server Information section, select IMAP for Account Type.
    6. In the Your Name box, enter your name exactly as you want it to appear to recipients.
    7. In the E-mail Address box, type your e-mail address.
    8. In the Incoming mail server box, type mail.domainname.com;
    9. In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, type mail.domainname.com
    10. In the User Name box, type your account name. e.g abc-domainname or abc@domainname.com
    11. In the Password box, type your password. Tick on remember Password.
    12. Click on more settings-> Outgoing Server->Tick My Outgoing Server requires authentication
    13. In Advanced Tab,
      1. Incoming server : 143
      2. Outgoing server : 2525
      3. Use following type or encrypted connection : None

    14. Click Next after you have completed entering this configuration information, and then click Finish

IMAP email id in Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 - SSL ON

    1. Start Outlook
    2. On the File from menu, click Info-> Add Account
    3. Check Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
    4. Select IMAP and click Next
    5. In the Server Information section, select IMAP for Account Type.
    6. In the Your Name box, enter your name exactly as you want it to appear to recipients.
    7. In the E-mail Address box, type your e-mail address.
    8. In the Incoming mail server box, type mail.domainname.com;
    9. In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, type mail.domainname.com
    10. In the User Name box, type your account name. e.g abc-domainname or abc@domainname.com
    11. In the Password box, type your password. Tick on remember Password.
    12. Click on more settings-> Outgoing Server->Tick My Outgoing Server requires authentication
    13. In Advanced Tab,
      1. Incoming server : 993
      2. Outgoing server : 465
      3. Use following type or encrypted connection : SSL

    14. Click Next after you have completed entering this configuration information, and then click Finish

Leave a Copy of Messages - Settings.

    1. Start Outlook.
    2. Click the File tab - > Info -> Account settings.
    3. Highlight your current POP3 account and click Change.

      4. Note: The window that opens will tell you what type of email account you have. (Look under Type.)

    4. Choose More settings and click on Advanced Tab.
    5. You should see a check box titled: Leave a copy of messages on the server.
    6. Checking the box will enable Leave a copy of the message on the server (change to 7 days if required)

      7. Note: Enabling Leave a copy of the message on the server will allow you to access your email from multiple computers.
