POP on Android mobile – SSL OFF

    1. Open your device's email application.
    2. If you already have an email account set up, press Menu and Select Accounts.
      Press Menu again and Select Add account.
    3. Enter your full "Email Address" - Ex – abc@domainname.com
    4. Enter the password for your "Email Address" - Password – “Enter Your Password”
    5. Select "Manual Setup"
    6. Choose the type of email account you will be using. Ie. "POP"
    7. Incoming Mail Server Settings
      Enter Username : eg. abc-domainname or abc@domainname.com
      Enter Password : “Enter Your Password”
      Server : mail.domainname.com
      Port : 110
      Security Type : Select "None"
      Click "Next"
    8. Outgoing Mail Server Settings -
      SMTP Server : mail.domainname.com
      Port : 2525
      Security Type : Select "None"
      Tick the checkbox : "Require Sign in" & Enter your Username and Password
      Enter Username : eg. abc-domainname or abc@domainname.com
      Enter Password : “Enter Your Password”
      Click "Next"
    9. Name the account
      Give your Account Name as "abc"
      Click "Next" & "Done"

POP Email ID on Android mobile – SSL ON

    1. Open your device's email application.

      Click "Next"
    8. Outgoing Mail Server Settings -
      SMTP Server :" mail.domainname.com
      Port : 465
      Security Type : Select "SSL"
      Tick the checkbox : "Require Sign in" & Enter your Username and Password
      Enter Username : eg. abc-domainname or abc@domainname.com
      “Enter Your Password”
      Click "Next"
    9. Name the account
      Give your Account Name as "abc"
      Click "Next" & "Done"

IMAP email setting on Android mobile – SSL OFF

    1. Open your device's email application.
    2. If you already have an email account set up, press Menu and Select Accounts.

      Security Type : Select "None"
      Click "Next"
    8. Outgoing Mail Server Settings -
      SMTP Server : mail.domainname.com
      Port : 2525
      Security Type : Select "None"
      Tick the checkbox : "Require Sign in" & Enter your Username and Password
      Enter Username : eg. abc-domainname or abc@domainname.com
      “Enter Your Password”
      Click "Next"
    9. Name the account
      Give your Account Name as "abc"
      Click "Next" & "Done"
